Most items are processed and leave our warehouse within 3 business days.

You may request a specific delivery date, by making note of the date you wish to receive your product in the comments box as you check out.

If your requested delivery date is less than 3 business days from the date of your order (M-F), you will be contacted if expedited delivery is required and additional delivery charges will apply. Any additional delivery charges must be billed to your account immediately to insure your specific delivery date. Please be prompt in replying to our request for this additional billing in the event you are contacted. This includes: Halloween, Christmas/Chanukah, Birthdays, etc.

Please give the EXACT calendar date you are requesting delivery by (i.e. – mo-day-year)

Please note that we do not ship “retail orders” outside of the United States. If you would like this service, please contact us at info@blubandoo.com and we supply you with someone who may be able to help you with this request.

Please make sure you read and have followed the product instructions precisely. This should answer most questions regarding proper care and use of our product.

Defective Product

If you believe your Blubandoo is defective, please email us at info@blubandoo.com to explain your problem. Upon our authorization, you may be asked to return the alleged defective or unsaleable product(s) for evaluation. If our examination finds that the product is defect(s) we will offer you a full refund or replace the product at no charge. IMPORTANT: DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNED PRODUCT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED AT NO CHARGE.

Blubandoo.com Exchange/Return Product

Please call our customer service line at (949) 545-6105 or email info@blubandoo.com to explain your request. Upon our authorization, we will ask that you return your product(s) in the same “first quality”, “resalable condition” as it was shipped to you for a full product refund. The shipping cost associated with originally shipping the product(s) to you and the shipping costs of your returning the product(s) to us will be at your expense. This policy is applies to blubandoo.com website orders only. Returned product may be subject to a restocking fee. IMPORTANT: SOILED, ALTERED OR USED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS FOUND DEFECTIVE.

If you bought our product at a retail outlet, please contact the store directly regarding an exchange or refund.

At the discretion of blubandoo.com, we will ship your product using UPS or the US Postal Service. Upon confirmation upon shipment, we will notify you of your shipment method and tracking number/delivery confirmation.
