You may request a specific delivery date, by making note of the date you wish to receive your product in the comments box as you check out.
If your requested delivery date is less than 10 business days from the date of your order (M-F), you will be contacted if expedited delivery is required and additional delivery charges will apply. Any additional delivery charges must be billed to your account immediately to insure your specific delivery date. Please be prompt in replying to our request for this additional billing in the event you are contacted.

Defective Product: If you believe your Blubandoo is defective, please email us at info@blubandoo.com to explain your problem. Upon our authorization, you may be asked to return the alleged defective or unsaleable product(s) for evaluation. If our examination finds that the product is defect(s) we will offer you a full refund or replace the product at no charge. IMPORTANT: DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNED PRODUCT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED AT NO CHARGE.

Upon our authorization, we will ask that you return your product(s) in the same “first quality”, “resalable condition” as it was shipped to you for a full product refund. The shipping cost associated with originally shipping the product(s) to you and the shipping costs of your returning the product(s) to us will be at your expense. This policy is applies to blubandoo.com website orders only. Returned product may be subject to a restocking fee.
